CMC’s core staff departments are:
Executive, Accounting, Property Management, Human Resources, Occupancy/Compliance, Operations, Maintenance, and Community Relations.
In addition to the core staff, each managed property of 16 units or more has site-based staff. These include resident managers, hotel directors, desk clerks, maintenance & utility persons.
